Is venture capital dead?

Is the EU 'missing in action' on climate targets? That's the suggestion from the independent science monitoring body Climate Action Tracker this week, who note the EU's plan for 2035 emissions targets is as yet unseen. And as you can read in this week's policy round-up, the EU appears to be MIA in a lot of other climate areas as well. A good week to switch off the news perhaps (except Impact Loop, of course).
