Exclusive: H&M scraps its rental service – 'Demand has been lower than we expected'

Clothing giant H&M has quietly discontinued its rental service, H&M Rental, Impact Loop can reveal. The service has been phased out from all stores globally during spring 2025.

"Customer interest and demand for Rental has been lower than we initially anticipated," the company's press officer Pima Platin told Impact Loop.
