From 27–29 January 2026, Europe’s investors, founders and decision-makers will once again gather in Gothenburg in Western Sweden for GoWest – the Nordic region’s leading forum for deeptech, impact and innovation.
GoWest has over the years established itself as a key meeting point for startups and scaleups seeking pre-seed, seed and Series A funding. It’s where investors, business angels, venture capital firms and industry leaders come together with one shared goal: to discover and back the next generation of transformative companies.
A focus on deeptech
The conference opens on 27 January with the Deep Tech Investor Day – a full-day event tailored for investors eager to join exclusive panels and meet promising deeptech startups. The main conference follows on 28–29 January, gathering entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem players to explore the future of deeptech, climate tech, mobility and innovation.
High-profile speakers
Several high-profile Swedish and international speakers have already been announced, including Mads Jensen (Superseed), Heidi Lindvall (Pale Blue Dot), Rokas Peciulaitis (Contrarian Ventures), Isabella Fandrych (Nucleus Capital), Danijel Višević (World Fund) and Sebastian von Ribbentrop (JOIN Capital).
They’ll be joined by Jan Ståhlberg (Trill Impact), Magnus Skåninger (Saminvest), Bailey Morrow (HSBC Innovation Banking) and professor Martin Ingvar (Karolinska Institutet) – among others.
A meeting place for the entire ecosystem
